IL CASO ENERGETICO DELL’OPERA PORTO PICCOLO SISTIANA
Efficientare energeticamente la struttura non ha significato solamente attuare una serie di accorgimenti e interventi atti alla riduzione dei consumi energetici, ma ha anche aiutato a migliorare la funzionalità e il design dell’intera opera.
In relazione alla direttiva europea UE 20-20-20, la sostenibilità, intesa come modalità di progettazione, è diventata imprescindibile negli edifici di nuova costruzione: l’utilizzo di fonti energetiche rinnovabili è stato ampiamente introdotto sul territorio italiano e allo stesso tempo ci si sta rendendo conto che sarà sempre più necessario concentrarsi sul patrimonio edilizio esistente per valorizzarlo ed efficientarlo.
Oggi il risparmio energetico si ottiene solo dopo un’attenta valutazione energetica che permette di prevedere i consumi, effettuando anche simulazioni preliminari in regime dinamico.
Queste ed altre logiche guidano i nostri interventi nelle varie opere che siamo chiamati a progettare o partecipare in qualità di partner di valorizzazione industriale
